Owner / Principal
Melissa, a certified WBE business owner, has spent her entire career working in various capacities in interior design services and facilities management. She specializes in systems furniture and move management and has been with Relocation Strategies, Inc. since 2004. Melissa is certified by the National Council of Interior
Design Qualification and is active with NAWBO and BOMA. She is a Purdue University graduate with a degree in interior design and is a Registered Interior Designer with the State.

David A. Bayse
Principal
David is the founder of Relocation Strategies,
Inc. and has nearly 30 years experience in the moving industry. While
he is adept at project management for all kinds of moves, he typically
works on industrial, rigging and warehouse moves, as well as truly unique
challenges. He is involved with the Southeast Neighborhood Development,
Inc. (SEND) in Indianapolis and holds a real estate brokers license. He
earned a bachelor's degree from St. Meinrad College in southern Indiana
and a master's degree from Indiana Wesleyan. |

Deanna S. Cable
Project Manager
Prior to joining Relocation Strategies, Inc. in 2008, Deanna coordinated furniture reconfiguration and moves with the facilities management group on site at Eli Lilly and Company. Most of Deanna’s projects have involved incorporating client’s existing furniture with new furniture to maximize savings. She also has experience in space planning and specifying all-new furniture. Deanna earned a degree in interior design from Indiana State University. |

Sally Cunningham R.I.D., LEAD, AP
Project Manager
Since 1997, Sally has practiced Interior Design in Wilmington, DE and the surrounding areas. As a project manager with Relocation Strategies Inc she has proven herself as a vital member of our team. Sally is a graduate of Purdue University (West Lafayette, IN) earning a Bachelor of Art in Interior Design, with honors. She is a LEED Accredited Professional (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) and is a Registered Interior Designer (R.I.D.) in the state of Indiana. |
