In order to achieve its mission to provide superior customer service, Monarch Beverage, Indiana’s largest beer and wine distributor, needed a turnkey solution when moving into its new 100,000 square feet of office space. Everything needed to be ready for immediate operation for its 650 employees upon relocating. Relocation Strategies, Inc. conducted a furniture inventory, assessing what furniture could be reused and determining what new furniture was needed. RSI wrote the Request for Proposal, collected all bids and after analyzing, provided significant savings for Monarch Beverage by reutilizing seventy percent of its existing furniture in the company’s new home. In addition to bidding data cabling and audio visual, RSI also bid overhead paging, an important element in allowing for proper communication in this multi-zoned warehouse and office facility. RSI bid out the move and managed all vendors throughout the relocation to assure successful completion. This was no easy task, as the move took place over four weekends. And incidentally, these weekends could not coincide with the timing of an annual NASCAR Sprint Cup points race held in Speedway, Indiana, one of Monarch Beverage’s busiest weekends of the year. Relocation Strategies, Inc. planned and executed to make this comprehensive move seamless.
“In reference to our company move of over 650 employees and 500,000 square feet of warehouse and office space, I cannot overstate the value of having chosen Relocation Strategies as a business partner. Melissa Brown streamlined our move processes and insured that we met all schedule deadlines while coming in under budget. It can’t get any better than that. I strongly recommend Melissa Brown and Relocation Strategies to anyone who is contemplating a business move of any size.”
