In May of 2008, Advantage Health Solutions began its operations with fewer than 20,000 members and today is one of the fastest growing health plans in the state of Indiana.
In its recent move, Relocation Strategies, Inc. helped Advantage with a turnkey solution. RSI’s services included specification, procurement and installation of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) for the built environment. During its work for Advantage, RSI streamlined work stations as it focused on furniture standardization. Also important in this move was ergonomic analysis, assuring that employees were able to work comfortably in a healthy work zone. Additionally, RSI coordinated sound masking and overhead paging. RSI then bid audio visual and the move.
In its new space of 41,000 square feet, the company can focus on its mission to provide managed care solutions that improve outcomes, keep health care costs low, and improve the health and wellness of the communities that it serves.
